5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SaaCash are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

6. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to SaaCash ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not endorse any user-generated content, and you are solely responsible for compliance with all laws regarding Your Content.

7. Payments and fees

If you purchase a subscription or other services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to you. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may automatically renew your subscription at the then-current rates unless you cancel prior to renewal.

Payment Methods: We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your account settings. Any refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase; after this window, fees are non-refundable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SaaCash at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may also delete or deactivate your account at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

SaaCash is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of SaaCash. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount you paid us in the 2 months preceding any claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saacash Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; or (c) your breach of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation. If not resolved within 60 days, either party may bring the dispute before the courts of Singapore. Both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Singapore.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our homepage at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saacash Pte Ltd regarding SaaCash and supersede all prior agreements. Waiver: No waiver of any breach of these Terms will constitute a waiver of any other breach.
